Scout was found as a tiny puppy and has been in foster care learning to be a dog. He is bright, playful and already figuring out how to get a treat for sitting. Like all border collie puppies he needs mental exercise as much as physical, so puzzle feeders, training and an active home are a must. Scout gets along with the foster family’s other dog and loves chewing his plush mouse.
