Bear is calm, affectionate and just a bit goofy, the kind of dog who leans on your legs for a cuddle and then flops on the lawn with his tongue out. He walks nicely on a leash, does well with children and other dogs, and would be happiest with a yard and a family who do not mind a little shedding. He is a large dog, so a home with room for him to stretch out is best.
